My brain starts hurting every time I see this infographic float through the Twitter world or blogosphere.   Made in 2011, it was designed to help the masses see the importance of social media in today’s evolving business world.   But believe me or not, I still receive emails from clients {or potential clients} asking if social media will really make a difference in their sales.
